Members have the right to:

• Participate in BOSIF programs and initiatives as applicable
• Receive information on BOSIF activities and governance
• Engage in consultations and discussions within defined frameworks

Membership does not grant:

• Ownership of BOSIF assets
• Control over projects or governance bodies
• Commercial exploitation rights

Responsibilities of Members

Members are expected to:

• Uphold BOSIF’s mission, values, and ethical standards
• Respect open source licensing and contribution norms
• Avoid conflicts of interest
• Refrain from using BOSIF affiliation for misleading or promotional claims

Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of membership as per BOSIF policies.
