Governance Philosophy
Bharat Open Source Innovation Foundation (BOSIF) is governed by principles of transparency, neutrality, accountability, and community stewardship.
The Foundation is structured to ensure that no single individual, institution, or commercial entity exercises disproportionate control over its direction, projects, or decision-making processes.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to a Section-8 company.
The Board is responsible for:

Advisory Council
The Advisory Council comprises experienced professionals from academia, industry, research, and the open source ecosystem.
Its role is to:
